After a thorough investigation into the Capitol Riot, a far-right activist Anthime Gionet has pleaded guilty to the charges against him related to the January 6 insurrection. On social media, Gionet, known as “Baked Alaska,” has been open about his antisemitic and racist views. Gionet has been charged with a misdemeanor count of parading, demonstrating, or picketing inside a Capitol building. He has pleaded guilty to the charge and could face up to half a year in prison.
