Bruschetta cutlets
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 ciabatta roll (approx. 100 g)75 g paprika-stuffed olives1 clove of garlic250 g tomatoes2 stalks basil4-6 tablespoons olive oilsaltcrushed dried chili pepper4 pork cutlets (approx. 140 g each)1 tablespoon clarified butterpepper from the millAlso:Basil to garnish Preparation: 1. Cut ciabatta into small cubes, olives into rings. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press. Clean tomatoes, wash, cut into quarters, cut out the insides. Dice flesh. Pluck basil leaves. 2.
