Savoy cabbage roulades with minced sheep's cheese filling
Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 savoy cabbage (approx. 800 g)100 g feta cheese2 onions1 clove of garlic3 sprigs each of parsley and basil400 g minced meat1 tsp thymesalt, pepper400 ml vegetable stock1 tbsp olive oil300 g couscous50 g pine nuts Preparation: 1. Clean and wash the savoy cabbage. Blanch eight large savoy cabbage leaves in boiling water for approx. 2 minutes and rinse with cold water. Chop the rest of the cabbage and and feta cheese.
