Orange - Coconut - Cake Pops
Ingredients for approx. 24 pieces: For the sponge mixture: 2 eggs (M)80 g sugar1 packet vanilla sugar4 tbsp orange juice (preferably hot)2 tsp grated organic orange zest120 g flour1 tsp baking powderFor soaking:10 tbsp coconut syrup10 tbsp orange liqueurAlso:50 g orange jam100 g grated coconutWooden skewers Preparation: 1.
