The 2024 NBA Draft Combine begins today. Between Monday and Sunday, over 80 draft hopefuls will spend time in Chicago in hopes of impressing scouts and front office personnel. Kentucky’s Reed Sheppard, Rob Dillingham (both projected lottery picks), Justin Edwards, and Antonio Reeves previously received invites. Mark Pope is back on the recruiting trail. This time, he’s in Chicago at the NBA’s G League Elite Camp to check on a handful of potential transfer portal additions. Most notably, Pope is there to watch North Florida transfer Chaz Lanier.
