The owner and major shareholder of French firm L'Occitane is looking to take his skin-care firm back into private hands after a 14-year stretch on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. A spa in the United States was the first to be linked to HIV transmission from cosmetic injections, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said in a report last week.
