Grilled pineapple with lime tonka syrup
Ingredients for 4 people: 2 organic limes4 tablespoons agave syrup1/2 tsp pink pepper berries2 tbsp. peach or apricot marmalade1 tonka beanapprox. 400 g pineapple pulpsome oilYou will also needMint for garnish Preparation: 1. Wash 1 lime, pat dry and peel with a zester in fine strips. Squeeze both limes. Mix lime juice and agave syrup in a small saucepan. Chop pink pepper berries and add. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
