He asked his followers to vote “yes” or “no” on a Twitter poll that included redoing the elections of the four annexed regions, leaving it to the vote to determine if Russia is allowed to stay. There have been multiple questions raised surrounding the sinking of Russia’s flagship Moskva over the last few days. Ukraine announced that they had hit Moskva with two Neptune missiles, which would be an embarrassment for Russia. The Pentagon confirmed last week that the missiles caused the ship to go down.
