Swedish singer Loreen was named the winner of Eurovision 2023 for her pop anthem “Tattoo,” triumphing over 25 other nations in the finals on Saturday night. It was announced that no Russian contestants would be allowed to compete in 2022’s Eurovision Song Contest after Russia launched a full-scale invasion in Ukraine on Thursday.
