There are new details surrounding the death of tragic of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins. According to a toxicology report released by the Broward County Medical Examiner, Haskins’ blood-alcohol content was well over the Florida legal limit when he was struck by a vehicle on the I-595 on the morning of April 9. The two separate samples taken from Haskins’ body had alcohol levels of .20 and .24, which are above the legal limit of .08.
