Blackberry Sheet Cake
Ingredients for approx. 12 pieces: For the dough300 g flour½ cube fresh yeast125 ml lukewarm milk (3.5%)50 g sugar60 g butter1 egg (M)fat for the mouldFor the topping:400 g blackberries250 g sour cream4 eggs (M)90 g sugar1 tbsp vanilla custard powderGrated zest of 1/2 a lime Preparation: 1. Put flour into a bowl, press a hollow into it. Mix the yeast with 4 tbsp. milk and sugar, pour into the well, cover and leave to rise for approx. 15 minutes. 2. Melt the butter.
