Salmon cutlet with peppered apple onion relish
Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g onions20 g fresh ginger400 g tart apples2 heaped tablespoons of coloured peppercorns250 ml apple juice100 ml apple vinegar75 g sugarSalt, cayenne pepper4 salmon cutlets (approx. 200 g each)Lemon juice Preparation: 1.
