Indian style braised goose legs
Ingredients for 4 people: 1-2 cloves of garlic1 small green chili pepper½ tsp cumin seeds1 tsp mustard seeds4 goose legs2 onions2 tbsp oil1 can (425 g) peeled tomatoessalt, pepperFor the broccoli:500 g broccolisalt2 tablespoons of hulled sesame seeds Preparation: 1. Peel garlic and chop coarsely. Clean, rinse and chop the chili pepper. Crush garlic, chili, cumin seeds and mustard seeds in a mortar. Pat goose legs dry and score the skin in several places.
