Wimbledon's total prize money fund will this year reach a record £50 million (€59 million) pounds, All England Club officials have revealed. The singles champions of 2024 will each earn £2.7 million (€3.2 million) and even a first-round competitor can gain some consolation from a prize of £60,000 (€71,000) when he or she gets knocked out.
