By BOOM Team At least 150 people were killed and 82 others injured in South Korea's Seoul on Saturday night in stampede during Halloween celebrations in the town of Itaewon. While the cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained, reports said the stampede took place when a huge crowd had gathered in the narrow streets of the town.
