Suspected Islamic State member arrested at Rome Airport
Italian police have arrested a suspected member of the Islamic State terrorist group at Rome's Fiumicino airport, police said on Monday. Police said the man, a Tajik national, had travelled to Syria in 2014 to join Islamic State. He was arrested on the way to the airport railway station after having arrived in Rome on a flight from the Dutch city of Eindhoven, police said. The man reportedly carried various forged passports, including from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
