Margera declared that his termination from the upcoming film was unfair and that he was discriminated against. On Monday, Margera sued Johnny Knoxville, Paramount Pictures’ Jeff Tremaine and Spike Jonze. Jonze and Tremaine are the directors of Jackass Forever.
