German firm Kontron to sell subsidiary's stake in TeleAlarm Europe
Kontron, a German technology firm which designs and manufactures computer parts, announced on Wednesday that its subsidiary Katek SE will sell its entire stake in TeleAlarm Europe for a purchase price of €39 million ($42 million). Katek has accepted the offer of PRIMEPULSE 3, a subsidiary of Munich-based PRIMEPULSE SE, to acquire TeleAlarm Europe.
