Russian firefighters battled a blaze at an oil depot in the Rostov region following an alleged drone strike. A video released by the Russian Emergency Ministry on Tuesday showed firefighters combating the fire near the Ukrainian border. At a regular rally held in Kyiv by relatives of captured soldiers in Russia's invasion, participants said Sunday they hoped the recently concluded peace summit in Switzerland would further galvanize international support for Ukraine and boost efforts to bring prisoners home. Russia has been pounding Ukraine's Kharkiv region with dozens of strikes since Saturday. Washington will provide Ukraine additional Patriot missiles for its air defence systems as part of a massive €5.6 billion additional aid package, US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin announced on Friday.
