A male victim was shot late Thursday at a Memphis concert headlined by rapper Lil Baby. Police say it was a premeditated, targeted shooting. The Memphis Police Department responded to the shooting at the FedExForum arena Thursday night, canceling the concert and evacuating the building. Lil Baby was rushed off stage once shots were fired.
