The United Nations agency for Palestinians (UNRWA) on Friday warned that it will “take years” before the Gaza Strip is made safe again. More than one billion people in the world are now living with obesity, a new study published in The Lancet has found. Obesity, defined by a body mass index (BMI) equal to or exceeding 30 for adults, has become the main form of malnutrition in numerous countries.
