Rush hour commuters were evacuated from an Island Line MTR train on Monday morning after a passenger spotted a 40cm-long snake scurrying around the carriage. The incident, at 7:37am, led to all passengers being asked to leave the train at Admiralty station and transfer to the next service, Sing Tao reported. To celebrate its 45th anniversary, the MTR Corporation is launching an exhibition, “Station Rail Voyage,” which showcases retired trains and over 100 railway artifacts at Hung Hom Station.
