Nebraska will spend the next few weeks recovering Nebraska wrestling has canceled its upcoming dual against South Dakota State due to COVID-related illnesses with the Husker program. The No. 8 team in the country will take the next couple weeks and return to action Jan. 7 against Purdue. Ticket holders to Saturday’s canceled match will be refunded at the conclusion of the season. The conference championships will take place March 5-6 at Pinnacle Bank Arena A tough schedule for Husker wrestling will also feature hosting the conference’s biggest event. Nebraska released the 2021-22 schedule Wednesday, and the Huskers will face eight of the top-25 finishers from last season’s NCAA Championships. Lincoln will play host to the Big Ten Championships.
