Herb olives with chilli
Ingredients for 4 people: 1-2 red chillies3-4 garlic cloves8 tbsp olive oil2 sprigs rosemary½ bunch thyme1 pinch of coarse sea salt400 g olives (green and black) Preparation: Clean the chilli pepper and cut into rings. Peel and roughly chop the garlic. Add the chilli and garlic to the olive oil. Chop the herbs and add to the oil together with the chilli, sea salt and olives to the oil. Mix everything together and cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Arrange the olives in small bowls.Serve with white bread. Preparation time approx. 10 minutes + marinating time.
