With Gen.G winning the championship again, the 2023 LCK Summer Split was concluded. Starting from 2022 LCK Summer, Gen.G completed a three-peat, to become the third organization in LCK history to do so. Jeong "Chovy" Ji-hoon clinched the finals MVP while Han "Peanut" Wang-ho gained his 6th championship. Here are some sights from the grand finals at Daejeon Convention Center.

There were a lot of flashy, cool-looking booths at G-Star 2022. From huge booths that took up the center of the Exhibition Hall 1 to small-medium sized booths that filled up the remaining spaces, as well as those that showed flair in Exhibition Hall 2, it took half a day just visiting them all. There was one booth that had stamp events, game demos, to goods that were being sold: The Inven booth! It may sound like self-praise, but it’s true. From testing out various gaming gear such as PCs, laptops, gaming chairs & other gear to various events, fans were able to take photos and buy Inven’s merc...

Niantic has always been a company that wanted people to go out and explore the “real world”. As the pandemic era has been easing down, they were able to hold offline events for Pokemon GO again, as they held their annual GO Fest offline in Berlin, Seattle, and Sapporo. Another offline event for Niantic and Pokemon GO was the Safari Zone, which came back last year. This time, Safari Zone came to Korea, in Goyang city.

There are two game titles within the current line-up of those in esports that I follow on two different temperatures. League of Legends, where my main job is to interview players and personalities within the LoL Esports scene, will always my main priority when it comes to my responsibilities. However, there's also Super Smash Bros Ultimate, a game I go watch when I want to take a break from League of Legends. Don't get me wrong, I'd say I'm just as passionate for SSBU as I am for League. On Sep 4-5, a tournament in South Korea called Uprising 2022 took place, a gold event in the Smash World To...

Around 10,000 people were in attendance for the heated rivaled matchup between T1 and Gen.G. These two teams are very familiar with each other, as they've met in many finals of the past. This time, the stage was the 2022 LCK Summer finals. Despite being 4-5 hours away from the capital of South Korea, many fans have made their way to Gangneung Arena to watch their favorite players. The event marked the start of a new legacy. With Gen.G finally capturing their first LCK title in eight years [the last time under the Samsung brand], here's what the venue looked like, captured by our talented photo...

The clash between Gen.G vs T1 on the grandest LCK stage, the 2022 LCK Summer finals, is now less than 24 hours away. This year, the finals is hosted at the Gangneung Arena, which is about a 4-5 hours drive away from Seoul, South Korea. This year also marks the first time that the finals is held in the city of Gangneung; to make this split's finals more memorable, LCK decided to host a festival for the fans, the 'LCK Fan Festa' the day before the finals. Fans were able to come to the Gangneung Speed Skating stadium [which is located right next to the finals venue] to meet cosplayers, LCK influe...

Fan signs are a staple part of live esports. This year's MSI is no different, as there are so many creative fans [artistically and comically] that made their way to watch their favorite teams play. T1 was the home team and a team with arguably the biggest fanbase, so the majority of the fans are at BEXCO, Busan to cheer for T1. However, we at Inven Global were able to spot a lot of fans cheering for the other teams in the Rumble Stage as well. Right next to the Riot Store at BEXCO, there was an area where fans were able to draw their fan signs. Here are some of them that we've capture through ...

The Rumble Stage of Mid-Season Invitational 2022 kicked off on May 20. As expected, the BEXCO Exhibition Hall 1 was filled mostly with T1 fans, but we at Inven Global were also able to spot quite a number of fans supporting the other teams in the tournament. We decided to capture some of those moments of the opening day of the Rumble Stage. If you managed to somehow get tickets for the Rumble Stage and come to BEXCO for the first time, we hope that these photos will help you navigate around!

The Rumble Stage of the Mid-Season Invitational 2022 kicked off on May 20, at BEXCO Exhibition Hall 1, Busan. As the tournament is held in South Korea, most of the fans that made it to BEXCO were T1 fans. Right across the street from BEXCO, T1 opened up a pop-up store. Fans who come to BEXCO can check out the store during the entirety of the Rumble Stages [game days only], where they can pick up merch and have a chance to win various prizes as well. Prior to the start of the day 1 matches, we at Inven Global had a chance to check out the pop-up store.
