Ingredients for approx. 8 skewers: 1 garlic bulb6 tablespoons oil1 tsp. sweet paprika powder½ tsp curry4 beef tomatoes2 stalks flat leaf parsley750 g long slices of pork belly (cut very thin) Dip:300 g sour creamsalt, pepper4-5 tablespoons roasted onions Preparation: 1. Peel 2 cloves of garlic, chop finely. Mix with oil, paprika and curry. Wash tomatoes, remove stalks. Cut remaining garlic bulb in half. 2. Wash parsley, pluck leaves.
