Ingredients for 4 people: 4 legs of rabbit1 bunch of mint4 cloves of garlic4 tablespoons olive oilGrated zest of 1 lemon (untreated)ground pepper1 bunch of carrots1 can (240 g drained weight) artichoke hearts¼ l clear chicken stock (ready-made)juice of 2 lemonsSalt100 g black olives2 tsp flour1 lemon (untreated)1 tbsp oil Preparation: 1.
