Sixteen big users and creators of artificial intelligence (AI) technology — including heavy hitters such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Meta, and OpenAI — have signed up to the Frontier AI Safety Commitments, a new set of safety guidelines and development outcomes for the technology.
