Ryan Blaney wants NASCAR to return to Chicagoland Speedway, a track that is located 45 minutes outside of Chicago. While speaking toBob Pockcrass of Fox Sports, the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Champion explains why he wants to head back to Chicagoland. “Joliet deserves to have a race back at it,” Blaney said. “I definitely think the track we need to revitalize. If we’re revitalizing tracks, let’s revitalize Chicago. You start with that one. Ryan Blaney suffered the agony of defeat on Sunday afternoon during the Enjoy Illinois 300 at World Wide Technology Raceway, but Brad Keselowski was there to console the reigning champion. While leading the race in the closing laps, Blaney ran out of gas, and his teammate, and ironically enough Keselowski’s replacement in Austin Cindric was the beneficiary, as the No. 2 Ford passed the No. 12 for the victory on the final lap. It was an awesome moment for Cindric, and a demoralizing one for Blaney. It hasn’t been the easiest of seasons for Blaney, and that didn’t change on Sunday. However, Kese...

One of the incidents that caught Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s attention during the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway was a dust-up between Ryan Blaney, William Byron and Martin Truex Jr. on Sunday. Byron made an aggressive move on the restart, making it three-wide in the corner with himself, Blaney and Truex Jr. in a surprising decision. The No. 24 couldn’t stick it on the bottom, and he pinched the No. 19 and No. 12, which led to the destruction of the reigning Cup Series champion’s vehicle. Blaney certainly wasn’t pleased, and Truex Jr. was caught in the middle, as well. During the latest episode o...
