Ingredients for 4 tartlets: 4 puff pastry sheets á 75g1 sachet vanilla custard powder, 37g40 g sugar¼ l milk100 g double cream cheese1 egg yolk2 tbsp cream6 kiwis40 g white chocolate, shavedAlso:Butter for the moulds Preparation: 1. Defrost the pastry according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the pastry sheets in half, roll out and line the buttered ramekins (10cm diameter) with it.
