Fox News’ Mark Levin’s thoughts about conservative attorney and Never-Trumper George Conway are crystal clear. Levin thinks Conway is an “a**hole.” He said as much — again — on social media as he shared a story about Conway donating nearly $1 million to help get Joe Biden re-elected in November against Donald Trump. “Nobody cares, as*hole,” Levin posted to X, formerly Twitter. “Apparently *you* do!” Conway shot back, adding, “Seriously, Mark, you should consider therapy.” The latest swipe comes less than a month after Levin wrote, “Maybe you’re an a*shole, punk” in response to a post from Conw...

Wildwood regularly welcomes thousands of people to its beaches during the summer, so its mayor says the city is ready to host former President Donald Trump, who is returning to Wildwood in May for a campaign rally. The Trump campaign has for years been criticized for not covering all of the expenses incurred by communities that host a rally, including Wildwood. That won’t happen this time, Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano told NJ Advance Media, saying the campaign has already given the city “thousands of dollars” to cover expenses. “They’ve already sent a check, and the check’s been deposited,” Tr...

The couple, who lived in Palisades Park, were hospitalized at Palisades Medical Center (PMC) when they died. A 15-page ruling released Wednesday overturned the dismissal last year of a lawsuit filed by the family...

Is The New York Times running more stories on Joe Biden’s age and other criticism because the president won’t sit down for an exclusive interview with the newspaper? Yes, or at least, they’re being encouraged to by the paper’s publisher, AG Sulzberger, and other top brass, according to a NYT journalist who spoke POLITICO’s Eli Stokols in his new piece titled “The Petty Feud Between the NYT and the White House.” From the report: “As Sulzberger often tells colleagues and as he and (Times’ Executive Editor Joe) Kahn have stressed in private conversations with the administration, every modern pres...

New Jersey’s April roller coaster ride continues to dip and rise with a new batch of freeze alerts issued for cold temperatures coming Friday morning followed by a nice warmup that could see two straight days of 80-degree highs early next week. The National Weather Service expects temperatures to drop as low as 30 degrees early Friday — not only in northwestern New Jersey but in central and southern counties as well. Almost the entire state is under a freeze watch for now, and the watch could get upgraded to a freeze warning, advising homeowners to protect sensitive outdoor plants from being d...

With an umbrella borrowed from her family’s patio, a solar-powered electric net and some artificial intelligence, a North Hunterdon High School student created a solution to help fight off the pesky spotted lanternfly. The state’s Department of Agriculture has urged citizens to crush lanternflies or spray them with insecticides and treat affected trees before the invasive insects can cause damage to plants and crops. But, Selina Zhang ,18, took the fight a step further and created an award-winning spotted lanternfly trap for less than $200. “Many traditional approaches to this are labor intens...

Why is Hall of Fame waiting? The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame announced its 2024 class of inductees. While I am thrilled to read in The Jersey Journal that Jersey City’s own Kool and the Gang are among the 2024 inductees, I believe that the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame remains truly lame! Notable performers, who have made a lasting imprint on the music of the day, have yet to be inducted and enshrined in the Hall. For example, the band King Crimson, inventive pioneers of the progressive rock genre, has yet to be welcomed within the hallowed halls of the Rock and Roll museum in Cleveland. Another b...

More severe auto accidents. Higher car repair costs. Supply chain issues. And good ole inflation. Auto insurance providers have been asking for rate hikes more frequently and at a higher rate in the past several years, the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance said. More than 20 companies have been granted double-digit rate hikes since January 2023, with the largest going to Amica Property & Casualty. It received a 20% increase after asking for a rise in rates of 30%, agency data shows. “As we continue to deal with ongoing inflationary pressures, supply chain disruption and the elevat...
