Are you ready to play detective 2.0? The iconic "Clue" board game is being reinvented through a new format specially designed for social networks. And it's on Instagram that users will be able to try to solve the murder mystery. So, ready to play?

Who did it? In which room? And with what weapon? These questions no doubt remind you of a popular game. "Clue" is now available in a new format, specially designed for social networks. After TV shows and movies have been adapted into immersive physical experiences, now it's board games that are providing source material for a new form of play on social media. American company Hasbro has launched the new format with a 2.0 version of its most famous board game: "Clue."

The rules of the game are simple: find the murderer of Boddy Black among six suspects, the characters Miss Scarlet, Colonel Mustard, Chef White, Solicitor Peacock, Professor Plum and Mayor Green, over the next four weeks. For this, Internet users will be able to discover clues every day on the Instagram account @officialclue, between suspects' testimonies, new evidence and witness statements.

To make the investigation even more realistic, Hasbro has collaborated with automaker McLaren, fashion designer Halston and Ring, Amazon's security-equipped doorbells with monitoring.

Each week, a recap of the case will be shared by Ashley Flowers, creator of the Crime Junkie podcast.

The board game "Clue" has sold more than 150 million copies and has become one of the most popular board games.
