800 HP GMC SIERRA FROM SVE IS AS POWERFUL AS IT IS PREMIUM

The 2023 Yenko/SC Silverado has some exciting new features; for example, the stock engines are now available with the special edition truck, but with the addition of the SVE supercharger. But, if the GMC Sierra is more your style, Specialty Vehicle Engineering also offers an equally high-horsepower version with the 2023 SVE GMC Sierra Sport Edition and Off-Road Edition.

2023 SVE GMC Sierra: Details

The 2023 SVE GMC Sierra will feature a choice of a 700 horsepower supercharged 5.3L V8 and 800 HP supercharged 6.2L V8 engine options. The Sport Edition Sierra with a lowered suspension is available for 2023 2WD or 4WD double cab and crew cab models with a short bed or standard bed. As for the Off-Road oriented version, the specifications are the same; only it won’t be lowered. Both versions of the luxury truck feature the same powerhouse found in the Yenko/SC Silverado and Syclone trucks, which means that even though it’s not carrying the badge or the name, it remains a high-performance work of art.

According to SVE, the Sport Edition Sierra Off-Road could qualify as the quickest limited-production full-size truck of the year. But unfortunately, there will only be 50 of the 700 and 800-horsepower supercharged Sport Edition GMC Sierra Off-Road pickups built for the year, so you may want to head to your local GM dealership to place an order before you miss the chance.

It doesn’t appear that Specialty Vehicle Engineering lifts the GMC Sierra as a standard feature for their major upgrade. However, if you want a lift, a BDS 4″ lift kit is available, including higher-rated front and rear Fox performance shocks and larger-diameter Nitto Off-Road Performance tires. That should provide plenty of clearance to ensure the truck can travel over any terrain, and with the power under the hood, there shouldn’t be many struggles. In addition, each truck is backed by an SVE 3-year/36,000 engine and supercharger assembly limited warranty, which should add extra peace of mind with having so much power resting underneath your right foot.
