Radish salad with raspberries

Ingredients for 4 persons:

200 g granulated cream cheese
1 tbsp sesame
Lemon juice for seasoning
1/2 box cress
Some pink pepper berries, crushed
Salt
Aside from that:
2 bunches of radishes
1 mini cucumber
125 grams of raspberries
2 teaspoons orange marmalade
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp walnut oil
Salt
Some pink pepper berries, crushed
cress for sprinkling

Preparation:

1. Mix cream cheese with sesame. With salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Cut off the cress and mix in. Fill cream cheese into the jar.

2. Clean the radishes, rinse and cut into fine slices or grate. Rinse the cucumber, clean and halve lengthways, then cut into fine slices. Sort the raspberries.

3. Mix orange marmalade with vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the radishes and cucumber with the dressing. Then carefully fold in the raspberries. Pour the salad into the glasses. Sprinkled with cress and serve.
