Cheese salad with nergi

Ingredients for 4 persons:

30 grams of walnuts
100 g cherry tomatoes
250 g nergi (kiwi berries)
150 g of medieval Gouda
1 small bunch of rocket
2 tbsp orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp honey mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt pepper

Preparation:

1. Chop the walnuts and toast them in a small pan without fat. Rinse and clean tomatoes and nergi. Halve the tomatoes and slice the nergi. Cut gouda in thin strips. Rinse and clean the rocket.

2. Mix orange juice with honey mustard, olive oil and salt and pepper.

3. Mix the rocket with the vinaigrette. The remaining prepared ingredients loosely fold in.
