250 g flour
2 packets vanilla sugar
200 ml water

100 g melted butter
some vegetable oil for the waffle iron
150 g dark chocolate coating

3. Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.

4. Spoon the waffle batter into the lightly oiled waffle iron in batches and make golden brown waffles.

5. Melt the chocolate coating. Break the waffles into smaller pieces as desired. Dip the tops of the wafers into the couverture, allow the couverture to drip off a little and set. Stick the wafers on skewers.
