Garlic potatoes with paprika

Ingredients for 4 people:

750 g new potatoes
salt
1 each small red and green pepper
4-6 garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried rosemary, alternatively fresh rosemary
coarsely ground pepper

Preparation:

1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and boil in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
Quarter the peppers, clean them and remove the white seeds and white ribs.
Rinse the peppers and cut into large pieces. Peel and slice the garlic. Drain the potatoes, peel and halve.

2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and brown the potatoes. Add the garlic, peppers and rosemary after 4-5 minutes and fry for another 5-8 minutes. Fry for a further 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with lamb chops.
