Strawberry and Avocado Cocktail

Ingredients for 4 people:

350 g strawberries
½ net melon
1 avocado
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lettuce
7 tbsp oil
10 raw scampi, removed
3 tbsp strawberry vinegar
Pepper from the mill
Salt
1 pinch of sugar
½ tsp medium hot mustard
1/2 small box of garden cress

Preparation:

1. Wash, hull and halve strawberries. Halve the melon, peel and cut into thin slices.

2. Halve the avocado, remove the stone, peel and cut into thin slices. Immediately sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice.

3. Wash the lettuce leaves and spin dry.

4. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the scampi in it for about 3-4 minutes.

5. mix vinegar, remaining oil, pepper, salt, sugar and mustard to a marinade.
mix.

6. Arrange the ingredients on plates and drizzle with the marinade. Serve sprinkled with cress.
