Quark casserole

Ingredients for 4 people:

250 g spiral noodles
salt
125 g cherry tomatoes
100 g cooked ham
3 eggs (M)
500 g low-fat quark
salt, pepper
100 g medium-aged Gouda
100 g frozen peas

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta according to instructions in plenty of salted water. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Dice the ham.

2. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with the quark and season with salt and pepper to taste. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Grate the Gouda finley and fold half into the quark mixture.

3. Brush a baking dish with oil. First mix the pasta with the peas, ham and tomatoes, then fold in the quark mixture loosely and pour into the casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (gas: level 3-4, fan oven: 180 degrees) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
