On April 28, 2023, Cygames, Inc. (Cygames) announced the establishment of two new overseas offices: Cygames America, a local subsidiary in the United States, and Cygames Europe, a local subsidiary in the United Kingdom.
Cygames established locations in South Korea and Taiwan in 2017 and 2018, respectively.

Cygames established its Overseas Business Division in 2017 with the release of Shadowverse, a full-fledged smartphone card battle game aimed at global expansion.
The same year, the company established "Cygames Korea" as its first overseas base, followed by "Cygames Taiwan" in 2018, focusing on the global development of Cygames' various products and services.
This time, with the establishment of "Cygames America Inc." and "Cygames Europe Ltd.
Furthermore, Cygames intends to conduct localized marketing and promotional activities in the U.S. and European markets, which are said to account for about half of the world's game content market.
From a staff of five when it was first established in 2011, Cygames has grown to 3,354 staff members as of December 31, 2022.
Cygames is also known for its active involvement in anime, manga, and other media mixes, with Shadowverse, Granblue Fantasy, and Uma Musume Pretty Derby having been huge hits.
