Tish Cyrus, mom and manager of Miley and Noah Cyrus, has found love just one year after her divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus.

The momager took to Instagram to announce her engagement to British-Australian actor Dominic Purcell, who is famously known for his role as Lincoln Burrows in the hit TV show Prison Break (2005-2017).

Cyrus announced the big news by sharing a pair of engagement photos, captioned, “A thousand times…. YES.”

The first photo gives fans a closeup look at Cyrus’s stunning square-cut engagement ring, while the second shows the newly engaged couple in a loving embrace. Both are photographed wearing white tops and jeans with their tattoos on full display. Cyrus is all smiles looking into the camera, wearing a fury leopard-printed bucket hat, while Purcell, wearing a maroon trucker hat, affectionately looks at her.

Purcell had recently taken to Instagram to praise his soon-to-be fiancée, sharing a photo of the pair captioned “Punching way above my weight -yep absolutely, I’m a lucky bastard. She’s the best human ever. Love ya love @tishcyrus

This will be Cyrus’s third marriage. She was previously married to drummer Baxter Neal Helson from 1986 to 1989, before marrying Billy Ray Cyrus four years later, in 1993. Cyrus filed for divorce in April 2022 after a nearly three-decade-long marriage. They share five children together – Brandi, 35, and Trace, 34, whom Cyrus had from her first marriage and Billy Ray adopted before having Miley, 30, Braison, 28, and Noah, 23. The pair had previously had two attempts at divorce in 2010 and 2013.

“We have grown up together, raised a family we can be so proud of, and it is now time to create our own paths,” the couple said in a statement announcing their divorce. “We will always be family and look forward to a continued and loving shared experience as friends and parents. We have not come to this decision lightly or quickly but with so much going on in the world, we wanted to provide some clarity and closure, so we can remain focused on what is important.”
