Sausage patties and Cheese and Bacon Sausage

Sausage patties (Recipe 1)

Ingredients for 4 people:

600 g Lyoner or meat sausage in pieces
1 tablespoon oil
200 g heavy cream cheese
4 tablespoons whipped cream
2 tsp grated horseradish from a jar
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
4 tbsp. chive rolls
Pepper from the mill

Preparation:

1. Peel the Lyon sausage and cut into slices. Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the sausage slices in it. Put them on a plate.

2. Mix cream cheese with whipped cream and horseradish. Stir in parsley and 2 tablespoons chives. Season with pepper. Pour into a small bowl. Get the remaining chives ready in a small bowl as well.

3. Place 2-3 sausage slices in the raclette pans, add some cream cheese and bake in the preheated raclette oven. Sprinkle with chive. Serve with cocktail tomatoes.

Cheese and Bacon Sausage (Recipe 2)

Ingredients for 4 people:

500 g knockwurst or bockwurst
200 g Edam cheese in pieces
80 g streaky bacon, thinly sliced
parsley for sprinkling

Preparation:

1. Peel off the knackwurst or bockwurst. Cut in half once lengthwise and cut in half crosswise, depending on the length, to fit the size of the raclette pans. Cut slits 2-3 cm apart. Cut Edam into thick sticks and put a piece of Edam in each slit. Arrange on a platter. Cut bacon into small pieces and arrange on a plate as well.

2. Divide the sausages with a few pieces of bacon between the raclette pans.
Melt the cheese under the preheated raclette grill. Sprinkle with chopped
