John Travolta posted a video on Instagram to honor his late wife, Kelly Preston, for Mother’s Day.

The video shows Preston opening a box with “MOM” spelled out on top of it, holding it up and posing for the camera. With a brief glimpse inside the box, it looks to have contained a family picture with flower decorations around it.

“Happy Mother’s Day Kelly. We miss you and love you! Love, Ben, Ella, and John,” the caption reads.

Prestondied almost three years ago in July after battling breast cancer for two years. She kept her diagnosis private and shocked many at the announcement of her death.

Preston and Travolta were married for almost 29 years and had three children together: Jett (who died at 16),  Ella Blue, 23, and Ben, 12.

The couple’s eldest died in 2009 after hitting his head on a bathtub and subsequently suffering from a seizure. Jett was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease and was on the autism spectrum. The disease caused Jett to have a series of seizures throughout his life.

The Grease actor consistently posts on social media to honor his family and friends on all occasions in their lives.

Last month, he posted a video montage of his family celebrating Easter together and shortly before that, a video of his daughter blowing out candles for her 23rd birthday.
