Curd cream with apricots

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 can (425 ml) apricots
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp grated orange peel (untreated)
500 g cream quark
150 g yogurt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
Mint to garnish

Preparation:

1. Drain the apricots. Set aside 4 apricot halves, dice the rest. Melt sugar in a pan until light blond. Add apricots and stir until caramelized. Stir in orange zest. Place apricots in a high stirring cup and puree.

2. Mix curd with yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix curd and apricot puree into glasses. Garnish each with an apricot half and mint.
