Crostini with garlic cream Greek style

Ingredients for 4 people:

12 slices of baguette
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the cream:
3-4 cloves of garlic
125 g feta cheese
5 stalks of mint
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp grated organic lemon
Pepper

Also:

½ cucumber
12 cherry tomatoes
12 hot peppers (from the jar)
Mint leaves to garnish

Preparation:

1. Toast baguette slices in olive oil until golden brown. Place on kitchen paper.

2. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Crumble the feta cheese. Wash the mint, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop finely. Add the garlic, mint, olive oil, lemon juice and grated lemon zest in an electric blender. Season with pepper.

3. Rinse the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices.

4. Spread some of the cream on the baguette slices, top with the cucumber slices and the rest of the cream on top. Top with tomato slices and chilli and serve garnished with mint leaves.
