After arriving in the sleepy town of Porcupine, players will don the scrubs of Dr. Finley, a newbie hospital resident who’s excited to aid the ill and prove himself in the medical field. However, what first starts out as friendly, small-town charm slowly begins to lose its facade, and some of the residents’ good-natured masks begin to slip. Not everyone is honest with themselves and others, and the harsh reality of the healthcare industry begins to rear its ugly face.
