Singer Bebe Rexhawas injured after a fan threw a phone at her face while she was performing. After the phone hit her, the singer grabbed her face and fell onto her knees. Her team immediately came to help her, and she was rushed off stage.
A video of the incident was posted, which received many heartwarming comments from fans hoping that Rexha is okay.
She was seen being escorted from the venue with her hand on her injury.
Her mother revealed that she had been brought to a doctor where she received three stitches.
She is currently on her Best F’n Night of My Life tour. She was performing in New York at Pier 17 when the incident occurred towards to end of her set.
Recently at concerts, there has been a trend where fans will try and give their phones to performers in hopes that they will take a picture. It is possible that this is what this fan was hoping to achieve.
Other performers have similarly been injured while performing. Harry Styles once got hit in the face with Skittles and had to spend the remainder of the concert rinsing his eye out.

David Bowie also got hit in the eye with a lollipop that a fan threw at him during a performance in 2004 at a Norwegian music festival. After he was hit, he had to go off-stage and required assistance from his team. When he got back on stage he got mad at the culprit and swore at him.
