Tom Cruise Spends His Birthday At ‘Mission: Impossible’ Premiere In Sydney

The cast of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One posed in front of the Sydney Opera House for a photocall on Sunday. 

Simon PeggHayley AtwellTom CruisePom Klementieff and Christopher McQuarrie went to Australia to promote the seventh installment of Mission: Impossible. 

Cruise shared a few pictures of the event on Twitter and thanked his fans for attending the premiere on his 61st birthday.

The Top Gun actor has been Mission: Impossible’s main star for 27 years, as the first film was released in 1996.  Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning Part Two, which is set to release in June 2024, will reportedly be Cruise’s last run as the action film’s Ethan Hunt. 

Much like the last two installments, the two-part film was written and directed by McQuarrie.

Dead Reckoning Part One was released on June 19 in Europe and will be released on July 12 in the U.S.
