Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Rinna has fans concerned.
Rinna recently posted a video on social media where she is shown flaunting her plump lips as her hair and makeup team get her ready for a Rinna Beauty shoot.
Although Rinna surely felt beautiful in her video, many fans zeroed in on her huge lips and expressed their thoughts on them.
“What happened to your lips?!” one person asked. “I thought you said back in the day you didn’t like them looking too big.”
Rinna, did, in fact, tell People in 2010 that she was “crazy to even touch them in the first place,” referring to the permanent silicone lip injections she got when she was 24 years old. In the same year of the interview, Rinna also got a lip reduction.
Some fans though, still think her lips are “too much” and compared Rinna to Aerosmith’s lead singer, Steven Tyler, but more notably, to another Housewives star, Brandi Glanville, which prompted her to post a follow-up video explaining that she was “still Lisa Rinna.”

“They said I was morphing into Brandi Glanville,” she said. “Nope. I’m still Lisa Rinna. I had some really interesting hair and makeup yesterday or Monday that was really good. We had fun.”
She then went on to say that she “like[s] to play characters.”
“When you have amazing hair and makeup, wow, what you can do,” she continued. “It’s like drag. It is drag. It’s full-on drag.”
Earlier this month, Glanville denied any cosmetic surgery on her face.
Rinna has since removed the video.
