Potato tortilla

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 potatoes, mainly firm boiled
6 tablespoons olive oil
salt, pepper
1 red bell pepper
6 eggs (L)
50 g frozen peas

Preparation:

1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof frying pan. Fry potatoes in it for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and turn occasionally.

2. Cut the bell pepper into quarters, clean, rinse and cut into strips. Beat eggs with a little salt and pepper and beat well.

3. Add peppers and peas to potatoes. Pour eggs over and fry the underside until light brown. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (gas: Level 3-4, convection oven: 180 degrees) for approx. 12-15 minutes. Allow tortilla to cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.
